THE TERMS “USE” OR “USING” FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT MEAN RUNNING, USING, COPING, INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, DISPLAYING OR OTHERWISE INTERACTING WITH THE DIGITAL FILES OR MATERIALS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS , DON'T BUY OUR PRODUCTION.

All FotoTemplates Digital Template(s) is proprietary and copyrighted. All rights are reserved by FotoTemplates.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Photo Template(s) in one physical location under one organization.
You may:
- use Digital Photo Template(s) for your clients and sell the prints for profit etc.
You may NOT:
- sublicense, re-license, rent, sell or lease any of the Digital Photo Template(s) to third parties separate or independent from a specific product or website.
- sell the Digital Photo Template(s) in any digital form as your own such as stock, backgrounds etc.
- Copy or publish any of the Digital Photo Template(s) to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distribute or allow any of the Digital Photo Template(s) to be distributed to.

All rights to the Digital Photo Template(s) are owned by FotoTemplates and its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. FotoTemplates and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
