Q: Do you ship all over the world?
A: Yes, FotoTemplates ship its products by Air Mail on DVDs all over the world.
Q: How do you ship my order?
A:
Only Frames Collection, Calendars Collection, Montages Collection, Costumes Collection, Children Collection, Wedding Collection and All Templates Collection both are SHIPPABLE and DOWNLOADABLE products. All other single volumes are DOWNLOADABLE only.
Your order will be burned to DVDs
and shipped to you via Air Mail
You can also download templates through our download service. Downloads are NOT automatic. After payment you will receive an additional email from us with a link to your assembled order. Look for the email within the business day you placed the order. For orders placed when we are closed; you will received the email the next business day.There is no delivery charge for orders sent via Download.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Special Collections prices do not include shipping charges.

Q: What times of delivery of the order?
A:
Time of delivery of the order fully depends on work of postal services, usually it takes about 12-14 days to arrive to your country (depends on distance) and at that point it is up to your nation's postal service as to length of time of delivery but certainly there can be some delays, and it does not depend on FotoTemplates.com. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business day after payment received (excluding week-end & celebration days).
Q: Can I download my order?
A:
Yes, you can download templates through our download service. Downloads are NOT instantaneous. You will receive an additional email from the FotoTemplates with a link to your assembled order. Look for the email within the business day you placed the order. For orders placed when we are closed; you will receive the email the next business day.There is no delivery charge for orders sent via Download.
All files are packed by WinRAR to lower file size. A full version of WinRAR is required. The size of each templates volume (both packed and unpacked) is given in the description of the goods. After download you need to extract the files from a RAR type archive (*.rar). You will get PSD format.
Notice: Layers have been disabled, also to lower file size. To view the templates please Enable All Layers.

Will you let me know when I can download my order?
A:
Yes, we will send you an email notification when your templates are available. Excluding holidays and weekends, your order will be available for download within 24 hours of order placement.

How long does it take before my Download order is available?
A:
You will be notified via e-mail that your order has been received and that your payment method has been authorized. This notification email will also include the attached link to download product, if that method of fulfillment was chosen or confirmation that your order has shipped. Excluding holidays and weekends, your order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of order placement.

How long are my files available for download?
A:
Files are currently available for 3 days (7 days for download of the Entire Collection) from the date we notify you of their availability. This period can be increased if you need, e-mail us admin@fototemplates.com and we will increase it for you.
